Whilst this may be the ‘entry level’ wine from the estate, there is no denying its pedigree. It displays a serious pithy, chalky, citrus and apple peel aroma accompanied by nutty, smoky and creamy oak notes. There is considerable fullness to the palate too providing a beautiful spiced honey flavour, with absolute purity, crystalline acidity and wonderful concentration. The length seems to be everlasting. Truly fantastic; not to be missed.
