2010 Vouvray Le Mont Moelleux Premiere Trie, Domaine Huet

Bruised apple on the nose with botrytis orange blossom and marmalade provide an immediately inviting aroma. The palate is well balanced with good purity, precision and elegant minerality held up by more weighty honey and beeswax tones. Whilst rich, the sweetness is balanced by a very fine, fresh acidity which makes this overall an extremely pretty and delicate sweet wine. Pears, flowers, and ripe citrus fruits lead to a very long and accomplished finish. Tiny quantities, make this a very sought-after wine that shows brilliant potential.
