The prevalence of more Clairette, Picpoul and Bourboulenc than usual gives the 2013 blanc lifted aromatics, with notes of just-picked oranges, apricots, fresh flowers and a spicy character that lingers on the palate. With a generous, fruity finish, this is a wine to be enjoyed within a couple of years for purity of disposition, or that can be kept for longer to allow development of a more spicy, mineral character.
