2011 Hermitage Blanc, Domaine du Colombier
The aromatics flow out of the glass, fresh and minty with fennel and cut grass. Big, round and full on the palate. However, the overall impression is lean and precise thanks to its wonderful integration of flavours. A remarkable wine that is honestly a joy to taste.
