The 2007 white Hermitage offers attractive aromas of honeysuckle, white peach and apricot. The palate shows characters of a similar vein, with notes of almond - rich, but with a tautness to the structure. There is a fine silky quality to the texture, a restrained, seamless style. Fine, almost chalky mineral notes come through creating a persistent, lingering finish.
