As the name suggests, this is higher up than the surrounding vineyards, and its elevation affords it a freshness and also a heightened concentration. This is laden with sultry garrigue notes, and there is just so much tension held along its tannin frame. Even in its youth this is looking superb, but will surely only improve in bottle into something quite remarkable.
