Once again, Alain Graillot can be accomplished in Crozes-Hermitage. Ripe, fresh and peppery, this is Syrah so delicious it’ll be hard to resist, although a few years in the cellar will richly reward you. Graillot’s Crozes should be mandatory for any Rhône cellar, and in a vintage like 2016 this is a no-brainer.
