"As is common, the 2012 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee des Felix (65% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah and the balance a mix of varieties) is both richer and more concentrated than the base cuvee. Showing traditional aromas of wild herbs, blackberry, black cherry, dried garrigue and hints of leather, this medium to full-bodied, concentrated effort has a solid mid-palate, good tannin and plenty of length on the finish. Give it a couple years and drink it through 2027."Jeb Dunnuck, 92-94 points
