This wine was not produced in 2019, due to the harsh spring frost that decimated production. But it has bounced back in 2020. The vines lie near Saint-Véran, and they tend to ripen early. The wine is perfumed and charming: white blossom, crisp apple, and just a touch of cream. Uncomplicated but delightful.

Tasting notes

Back after being frosted over last year, the 2020 Mâcon-Prissé has a fresh citrus scented nose with just a touch of chamomile. The palate is well balanced and quite primal with tropical notes of passion fruit and guava towards the finish. Enjoy over the next three to six years. Closure: Diam.
