Sunny summer weather in 2015 gifted this wine with even more concentration and body than usual. Ample, rounded with an almost creamy texture, it is beautifully opulent, yet the tell-tale Chablis streak of acidity is very much here, lifting the aromatics with refreshing citrus fruit on the impressively long finish.
