A distinct marine note of iodine, combines with apricot and jasmine. Jean-Claude says the malolactic fermentation here was much later than his other wines due to the wine’s impressive structure. This is suave and dense, with great clarity of flavour, rippling on the palate with a finish which goes on and on. Bravo.
