Owned since 1998 by the Henriot champagne house, Domaine William Fèvre produces some of the best wines in Chablis. Elegant, understated and beautifully balanced, they are approachable young, but will also age gracefully for a decade or so after bottling. Exotic and yet restrained on the nose, the palate follows through with a range of mineral and floral characters. Broad in the mouth, there is a dart of citrus acidity, providing freshness and balance. This is Chablis par excellence.
