Santenay is one of the southern-most villages of the Côte d’Or. This sunny spot on limestone soil was the first Olivier picked in 2019, and he has captured the precocious juiciness of the fruit, with the chiselled, zingy freshness of vibrant acidity and phenolic extract giving an overall cool mineral effect.
