En Remilly is considered the finest vineyard in St-Aubin by many - it’s the continuation of the Montrachet hillside. There’s massive structure here, real depth, purity and amazing finesse on the finish. It’s so long and fine, with flavours unfurling: sea spray and lemon oil. This is remarkably good.
