Les Demoiselles is just 0.6 hectares in total, the very last few vines before Le Montrachet begins, and is one of the most highly regarded premiers crus. They’re currently replanting these vines, so much less was made. It’s already open and fine, with impressive density. Love the length here, and amazing complexity, with salinity and ginger on the finish. This is remarkable.
