The vineyard is opposite the winery, and they’ve got around half a hectare here, planted with vines that vary in age between 20 and 55 years old. There’s a richness here, tending to tropical but always perfectly judged, with nice spice and beautiful lift. It attacks with ripeness, but the finish is mineral, saline and long. A wine of two halves: complex and delicious.
