Given that the Le Cailleret lies directly adjacent to Le Montrachet, it is not entirely surprising that the best wines can be of Grand Cru Quality. The concentration is mind boggling, with perfect balance and a finish that goes on for an age. This is a super fine, extraordinary expression of Puligny.
