La Romanée enjoys the morning sun as it lies on the slope at the edge of the forest. It always has the highest acidity of all the domaine’s vineyards and is usually the last to be picked. With lifted acidity and layers of flavour, it’s not hard to see why this is Céline’s favourite cuvée. Truly elegant in style with crunchy green apples and a touch of lemon pith.
