As she poured the small tasting sample for us, Céline declared that this was not ready at all but has huge potential. The family plot is just at the start of the slope on Montrachet and this wine is poised on the edge of brilliance. The barrel sample had a fairly rounded feel on the palate with perfect acidity and pure yet intense fruit.
