This is a blend of three vineyards from the hill of Corton: Les Paulands, Les Perrières and Clos du Roi. This shows plenty of delicate hedgerow fruit notes with accents of rosehip and juniper. It has an enticing fruit profile that is both juicy and tight, with a defined and elegant tannin profile underpinning the fruit. Alexandre likes to keep the fermentation temperature a little lower compared to the Clos de la Roche, wanting to retain the vibrant fresh red fruits of the Corton hill.
