The calling card of the Domaine, the 2015 is Paul’s greatest wine yet: undoubtedly a future legend. It comes from a mixture of young vines, and those of 55-85 year old vines. It’s dark, opulent and exotic, with a beautifully structured palate a minerality adding complexity. A tour de force.
