Situated next to the excellent Cazetiers on the northern side of the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation, Faiveley's Combe aux Moines delivers a textbook Gevrey-Chambertin flavour profile, with black fruit, roasted coffee and hints of liquorice. Beautifully aromatic, it is followed on the palate by a lovely texture and excellent concentration.
