2014 Nuits-St-Georges 1er Cru Les Procès, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
Further north than Poisets lies Les Procès, a vineyard that produces wines of more structure and depth, shown at its best by Charles and Pascal. Nice integration of fruit with the 50% new oak to this, and a solid tannic profile.
