An excellently positioned vineyard above les Suchots and between Richebourg and Echézeaux, Aurélien's Les Beaux Monts is a perfumed, richly fruited yet relatively delicate 1er Cru, with good ageing potential thanks to its mineral streak. The texture is beautifully silky, and the wine simply superb.
