Sweet, fresh yet silky, Latricières is the most seductive of the Grands Crus from Rossignol-Trapet. A great purity of raspberry fruit drives the wine forward, whilst there is just a hint of white chocolate on the finish. The tannic structure is very fine-grained with plenty of firmness that should allow this wine to age gracefully for many years to come.
