Made from grapes grown in a lieu-dit just beneath the 1er Cru Aux Murgers that is quite flat and exposed, this cuvée shows how the more delicate touch of a Vosne-Romanée producer suits Nuits-St-Georges well. Dark fruit-scented, seductive on the palate with a rich and ripe core of fruit and tight yet very well integrated tannic structure, this strikes an excellent balance between power and delicacy.
