2011 Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru, Domaine de Montille
A dark and brooding nose leads onto a powerful, concentrated and black-fruit dominated palate. There is plenty of freshness here, alongside the rich, ripe fruit, with fine, well-integrated tannic-framework. Broad-shouldered, but attractive, this is an opulent and appealing Clos de Vougeot.
