Located under Mazis-Chambertin, there is a real difference in terroir on this plot. Plush fruit aromas on the nose, with hints of violets and rosemary. The palate mirrors the nose, and there are layers of fruits and herbaceous characters, the whole wine balanced and in perfect harmony. A real mineral finish given by the light layer of clay topsoil and deep rooted vines. There is so much to say about this wine due to the intense complexity and sheer quality of the wine making. One has to be quick however, as Manou only produces 600 bottles in total for this cuvée.
