This fragrant, elegant Savigny displays aromas of wild bramble fruit, red cherry and a touch of sous-bois. There is a backbone of fine acidity that provides real drive and energy, there is also considerable minerality giving the wine a real sense of place. This is a much more structured and serious style of Savigny that is restrained, elegant and with ageing potential.
