2009 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Chaumes, Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux
Fragrant on the nose, with sweet, ripe dark berry fruit to the fore. On the palate, the tannic structure is fine and ripe, giving this a profound structure. This is a robust expression of Vosne, but beautifully balanced none-the-less, with a long and attractive finish.
