2006 Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens, Domaine de Montille
A very mineral style, with elegant, yet grippy tannins. There is plenty of potential for development here on account of the impeccable balance and deep core of fruit. This refuses to fade on the finish and will probably be one of the longer-lived of the vintage from the de Montille stable.
