One of the finest names in the village of Volnay, Marquis d’Angerville is known for producing wines with that are powerful and brooding and have great longevity. Restrained on the nose, with a sweet accent. This is layered and rich, with a dense nature and dark berry fruit characters joined by smoky, mineral notes. Very finely-expressed and with a very long finish.
