2005 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Aux Brulées, Domaine Michel Gros

Aux Brûlées is a vineyard that adjoins Richebourg. This is very rich and long
with silky tannins and wonderful balance. The proximity to Richebourg is
evident. As in all of Michel Gros’ wines, the tannins are almost in hiding but
provide structure and balance. The harmony is such that they are seemingly
non-existent. This is absolutely outstanding Vosne.
