Almost liqueur-like on the nose, with notes of cherry and raspberry. On the palate, this is refined and polished, with glossy red berry fruit balanced by savoury notes of smoke and pepper. The tannins are fine, but provide enough structure for the concentration of the fruit core. Very fine.
