This cuvée is always a classy wine and 2003 is no exception. It expresses wonderful purity of redcurrant fruit on the nose, supported by a natural volume of fruit. This is a complete wine with real balance and no rough edges, and shows why Michel Lafarge is still considered the master of Volnay.
