From the same vineyards as their famous sweet wine comes this dry white from Rieussec, the Sauternes property owned by the Rothschild family. In 2021 it has brand new packaging, and shows the exceptional quality of the vintage for white wines. It's zingy and intense with electric acidity and pure ripe lemon and pineapple fruit. There's a steely, bright freshness and a crystalline purity that leaves it refreshing and moreish.
