Very intense on the nose with lime blossom, oyster shell and green herbs. Very definitely Bordeaux, richness and spice with layers of grapefruit and other citrus fruit. All old oak used here, and this will be a pleasure to drink young but our buyer Nick tells us this will keep well. An extremely versatile food wine from seafood to pork dishes.
