A rich and complex nose, where subtle hints of botrytis combine with citrus, honey and marzipan characters. This is lusciously sweet, but the pronounced acidity on the palate cuts through the sweetness, keeping it incredibly fresh and well balanced. There is an earthier note on the palate, with more botrytis evident lending a really weighty mouthfeel. The finish is long and lingering and this is superb!
