Made from the younger vines at Premier Cru Classé estate Château Suduiraut, Castelnau is superb value for money. This 2006 iteration is golden in colour, with lots of the classic mature Sauternes aromas. Think zesty marmalade, almonds, ripe peach, and caramel but retaining some fresh fruit character and blossom. Well worth stocking up.
