The 2025 Bélair-Monange was picked between September 4 and 19 and matured in 50% new oak. This has a classy nose, understated at first, exquisite delineation, nuanced with its mixture of red and black fruit, sage, undergrowth and light rose petal scents, real purity. The palate is armed with a satin-like texture, real depth and gentle grip, yet discreet and poised with disarming pliancy and fluidity on the almost viscous finish.
