Ripe black cherries, mulberries, smoked tobacco, camphor, and graphite are just some of the nuances in the 2022 Château Pindefleurs, another pure, medium to full-bodied, gorgeously textured Saint-Emilion. With a terrific sense of freshness, ripe, polished tannins, and a great finish, it's going to be well worth seeking out. The blend is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, from gravelly, clay, and limestone soils in Saint-Emilion.
Aromas of sweet cherries, minty berries and creamy new oak introduce the 2022 Pindefleurs, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy wine that concludes with a saline finish.
Fleshy and meaty with medium to full body and layers of velvety tannins that are fine and polished. A little fluid at the end. 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc.
The Pindefleurs is a potent, brooding Saint-Émilion. Dark-toned fruit, gravel, incense, licorice and plum infuse the 2022 with notable depth. Firm tannins wrap it all together effortlessly.
