The 2020 Baron de Brane is full of charm, and a brilliant second wine from this shining Second Growth of Margaux under Henri Lurton. Notes of violet, lavander and cocoa lift from a core of bright hedgerow fruit. There is a silky caress of tannin with beautifully formed fruit that floats across the palate. Subtle spiced notes of boxwood and thyme on the finish with a wonderful energy.
