The 2019 Pauillac de Latour is brilliant in this celebrated vintage. It has the winning Pauillac formula of dense, plush black berry fruit and lifted graphite. There's some oak but it's subtle and integrated, and more earthy complexity towards the finish. Balanced and appetising, it's classic Pauillac and a little taste of the magic of the majestic Chateau Latour.
