The 2019 La Fleur-Pétrus is a beautiful wine. It’s been owned by the Moueix family since 1950, and it takes its name from its sainted position between Lafleur and Pétrus: both of which sell for far higher prices than this. Wild damson and spice on the nose, with a velvet textured palate, and stunning length. Brilliant.
