From the first vintage under the control of the Vauthier family, the 2015 La Clotte is detailed, nervy, and spicy, with plenty of opulence and volume on the palate. There's the saline energy that you get from vines planted on this part of the limestone plateau, and beautifully refined tannins. Still a baby, this is a brilliant wine from the team behind Ausone.
