Owners of the Château since 1871, the Nicolas family are fortunate to own some of Bordeaux, if not the world's finest terroir. Situated just between Pétrus and Cheval Blanc, the 2014 is a real delight with perfectly balanced oak, an enticing fragrance but remaining serious with ample tannins. This has all the hallmarks of a brilliantly ageworthy wine.
