2013 Clinet shows a relatively restrained bouquet, which is dark and brooding with potential. Raspberry, a touch of cassis and violets overlay a subtle cedar note. One of the more masculine wines in 2013, the palate shows good depth, plenty of fine tannins and oak which is seamlessly integrated. There is plenty of vibrant fruit, some complexity and genuine persistence on the finish.
