Unsurprisingly, second growth Pichon-Baron remains a tour de force in 2013, having produced a perfectly ripe and concentrated wine in spite of difficult conditions. Well-integrated oak with dense fruits of the forest compote and a smoky-graphite complexity. Great fruit on the palate and excellent texture.
