Representing just 30% of production, in a particularly strong vintage for both clay based merlot and cabernet franc, this is the first Petit-Cheval to benefit from vinification in a custom built chais. An enticing garnet core of raspberry and blackberry fruit with hints of exotic spice and black pepper, showing wonderful purity and freshness. The palate is refined and well proportioned, with impressive clarity and intensity of flavour.
