It would be very unfair indeed to reduce Langoa-Barton to being a lighter sibling to Léoville, particularly in this vintage. Pretty and opulent on the nose and through to the palate, 2011 Langoa-Barton offers a seductive palate, juicy and softly rounded, with a tight but very well-integrated tannic structure. This should drink very well indeed and provide plenty of pleasure.
